200q front tires rubbing!

They are absolutely not "designed" this way.  Maybe
one or more of the other components are worn, and the
new parts or dis/reassembly exaberated the condition. 
More likely is the springs, their rubber mountings or
a combination of these are mounted in an incorrect
orientation.  Bentley specifies, often very strongly,
which way rubbers and springs must be oriented.  It's
kind of like the 2 guys (at least) who got new rear
shocks installed and got a 2-3" lift kit for free.
