That'd be cool!  If you need help writing some PHP code I can help...

One very interesting thing I've been playing with lately is to take a larger
image and convert it to a thumbnail on the fly with some built in PHP stuff
(check out imagecreatefromjpeg/gif/png/etc).  Saves the need to have 2
images kicking around....
