90 80q steering noise?

New gremlin? I've noticed a new steering noise when ever I turn left or right? I've had the tie rods replaced recently, and am wondering if the onset of cold weather has stiffened everything up too much? BTW I'm running Koni adj. and Eibachs which I'm sure has pushed some adustments close to their limits?
