I have had positive results with it.  One of the few additives that does
anything.  It seems to work as advertised to remove carbon deposits and
safely clean the fuel injection system.

Expensive tho.  I'll typically use it in a newly acuired car with
questionable use of gas and rough running.  I'll run a can through after a
fuel filter change or a tuneup.
