Hey all...
Decided its time to finally get around to fixing the ABS.
Problems...
ABS light comes on after driving a short distance and is inoperative.
Have replaced both front struts AND cv joints in the front.
Before I changed struts ABS worked I just had a problem with one of the CV
joints teeth being dirty.
Since the replacement of the struts the light has been coming on. I thought
replacing the CV joints in the front (well cleaning the teeth) would correct
this. It appears I prolly damaged one or both of the sensors when changing
struts.
How can I xshoot this? Is there a way i can hook an oscope up to sensor
with each wheel lifted off the ground and spinning so i can see a signal? I
looked at SMJ's site and he didnt seem to cover ABS so I am appealing to the
general wisdom of the list. I do have access to an Oscope or a DMM.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Rob
