Air Bags and Red Lights

In the archives there are numerous reports that Audi has extended the 
airbag life expectancy by something like 50 per cent.  I believe the 
extension is in the form of a technical service bulletin, so your dealer 
should have that information.  I'm not sure, but the longer light may be 
associated with the weakening of a spring.
