Door Panels

That most common of problems for my 5KCSTQ :  I need to replace the driver's door handle.  Of course, I dropped the screw into the door.  So I need to pull off the interior door panel.  But the only 2 screws I can find, at the top outside edges just below the window columns, don't seem to free the panel.

Before I start prying things apart only to regret breaking connections later, I thought I'd ask just how to get that panel off safely.  Bentley is of no help.
