They are white (maybe a tad yellow). You can look at them and not be
blinded. The illumination provided would be considered 'barely adequate'.
Again tho, the high beams are outstanding.

Depends what you mean by dim exactly.
1. Orange or dull yellow = low voltage (misswire?)
2. White light but not blinding when you look at them. This is what euro's
are all about. The light is directed so well that you should not be blinded
by them above the cut off but below the light is concentrated right where
you want it, on the road in front of you.
When you get them right do me a favour and take a hammer to the DOT lamps
and beat the snot out of them.
