Help, new wheels scraping on '85 Coupe GT addendum:

On my Coupe GT, I took a 4" grinder to the lips, and trimmed them 
back almost completely.  There were no lips in the rear, and the 
inside surface of the fender flare was the first thing that "would" hit.

I was running AZEV Type A in 16"x7.5", with 205/40's.  I want to 
say that the offset was around 35-37mm.

Those ABT springs in question are the same ones I was running.

I never even painted the grinded area, but in Ca it didn't become a 
problem.
