Small Projector Lights that really work?

As a follow up (Hella Micro DE Xenon aux. headlamps) Ken @susquwhatever said 
they're not available here yet--maybe 3-4 mos. And most likely much more 
than $130. (Ken's great--replied to my email within a couple hours!)

Anyone have Hella 550 XL aux. headlamps installed on their type44? btdt's?
