I'm not 100% positive, but it sounds like the place where one end of the
WGFV connects on the MC. If your car doesn't have a WGFV it seems to me
that what you did is perfectly acceptable. I seem to recall the replacement
inlet elbow I got for the urq had a rubber plug in the "crotch" of the elbow
... they probably have one part that gets used on a lot of different turbo
engines ...
