dunno, I've heard this before and am beginning to classify if as urban 
legend. (course, if y'all have done this...)

I'm sure several states have different methods--I'm not willing to be the 
guinea pig.  I'll take the 90min. online traffic school and have it all 
erased, thanks.  Who knows, maybe the don't-cash-it method actually creates 
a warrant for arrest since it hasn't been "finalized" after X period of 
time!
