Naw, he didn't pay too much.

I keep wondering if I paid too much for my V8. I got it for $5,500, with
193,000 miles on it, but brand new UFO brakes and new tires. The A/C wasn't
working, so the guy gave me $500 back. Then I experienced some other problems,
and he refunded another $500, so now I'm in it for $4,500, and only about
$1,000 in fix up crap. I love the car to death, and only opted for the V8,
because I wanted the biggest car, and couldn't afford a newer A8, or S8. Well,
time will tell if I made a good purchase or not. After looking around for over
a year, I know the price was pretty good, and I was wicked picky about the
color and the interior.
