Well...I thought it WAS lubrication at first...Used some lithium grease on 
the channels as best as I could (I hope THAT wasn't a mistake).  So now, 
it's time to take a peak at the door.  Just in case...where is that circuit 
breaker, also?

Agreed, but one should still look into why the thermal circuit breaker
is tripping in the first place.  Perhaps a lack of lubrication is making
it too tight (gee, did I type that out loud :) for the window to slide
up and down freely.  IFIRC I had a similar problem and my solution was
that somehow the bundle of wires in the door got tangled up in the
window mechanism.  Not only did it put a bigger load on the motor but
the wires got frayed and shorted out.  After hitting a few potholes, the
wires moved from their short circuited position and all was OK again...
for a little while.
