Todd, wtf are you  talking about.  (1st) I said nothing about fitting
225's on 17's on the type 44. (2nd) I stated 215 40/45 on 17's and 215
40's on 18's. (3rd) Both 17 & 18's are on 7.5 in wheels.  (4th) I
studied from a well known and respected business website that
specializes in rims, tires, springs, & struts, they also have an 800 #
so you can call them and they have stores throughout the U.S. (5th) The
web link I provided gives the correct rim offset for any wheel size you
want and gives you the correct tire fitment (6th) Instead of telling ppl
to go study, try taking time to read 1st, then gather facts, then post.
