Earlier, Chris inquired as to the following:

Chris:

Sounds like your A/C programmer is on its way out, this is the vaccuum flap
angle ventilation controller behind the glovebox.  Do a search on "a/c
programmer" in the archives, it'll give you more details WRT problems and
fixes.
