repost wanted: Fog lights without headlights

Hi,

A couple of years ago, someone posted which relay to remove and which
terminals to jumper to allow the fog lights to be used without headlights.
Anyone who has experienced the extreme fog in NW forests can attest that
this is a crutial feature!

Could the original poster or someone who has a copy please post it again?
