repost wanted: Fog lights without headlights

That was me. The relay involved is ... the one labelled "fog lights" :-)

Pull it, and replace it with a brass jumper made for the purpose. It
is a large "7"-shaped jumper that just connects  the power in to power
out pins; there are likely already one or two in there to examine.

If you need the exact pins to jumper, I can check this afternoon.
