He said he lost his only Key.......Let me tell you from experience, a AAA 
locksmith 
cannot always make key from the door cylinder, The locksmith informed me that
Audi's are one of the toughest makes to duplicate.......When I locked my keys 
in my trunk.....it took an hour of pounding drilling & prying to access the 
trunk to retrieve my keys , end result being a destroyed 4kq trunk lid , 
which took another hour and a half to replace , luckily I had a spare lid the 
same color.......
