How to Insure Loan Value of '90CQ vs. Market Value...

This Friday I pick up my "MINT" '90 CQ with 66k miles (loaded). I have one
concern.

My bank loan on the car exceeds the market value of the car. Unfortunately
the car does not yet fall into the category of a "Collectable" due to time
in service. Is there any way to Insure the car for the loan value on the
car? Thus (God forbid) the car gets totaled, insurance will pay off the
loan even though it exceed their market value.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I have checked with 2 insurance
companies and AAA and they will not insure the car for replacement/loan
value unless the car is new.

If you can't do this, $45.00 is not bad; I was quoted $150.00 by a local
locksmith who I know pretty well to re-key my 200qta ignition switch to
match
the doors (PO put in new ignition switch so I have to fumble with 2 keys).
