Red Triangle "BRAKE" light - 86 5KS

Noticed about a week ago, after the trip to Road Atlanta, the brakes on my 
car began vibrating when stopping. My first thought is warped discs, but 
this week, the red light has been coming on during short, city trips, while 
I'm in moderate stop-and-go traffic. Will the discs do this to the sensors? 
I haven't checked the level of fluid yet, but will do so tonight...any 
preliminary ideas from anyone?

Any help much appreciated!
