hello from new lister AND seeking SF/bay area mechanic

greetings lister's,

i wanted to intro myself as i just bought my first audi and joined the list. 
i needed to have a place to babble about cars with other carnuts b/c my 
roomate is getting really tired of looking at rs2 pictures on the internet.

the car is an 88 5kcstq 5spd, pearl and black leather w/ the fact bbs's. 
It's in excellent shape and i got a good deal on it. consedering it has 
216k. WHOA! seems very well maintained (2b worked on it and reccomended it) 
and previous owner had a 150 mile per day commute.

anyway, im looking for reccomendations on audi mechanics in the san 
francisco bay area. have heard great things about 2bennett, but they're a 
little far for the "normal" stuff. the car could use a full tune up and 
fluid change, and i'd like to have experienced hands and eyes go over it. 
i'm usually an adamant diy'er but this car seems about as uncomplicated as 
the space shuttle. its also running a little low on boost as well, so i'd 
like to have that checked out before i go chipping it. any advice or 
experiences are much appreciated. feel free to email me directly.
