A6 Outside Temperature Gauge Backlight

Hi all,

I was wondering how to access the lights behind the dash on a '96 A6Q to replace the light behind the outside temperature gauge.  The back light seems to be out, so it is unreadable at night, and almost unreadable during the day.  Any help would be appreciated.
