Update to Bose amp repair

Accoding to the attached, getting rid of the whining is accomplished by
replacing the 5 small green capacitors on the board - these are 10uf,
16V. There are 2 slightly larger green caps in between the two big ones
- these are 47uf, 16V.

Ignore the part about birds, unless you are interested, in which case we
can talk all day about spoiled rotten Mollucans, mini macaws, and
conures...
