80/90 Coupe Heater

Yep like most - for me winter time is coming up - and
last year I lived with a crappy heater... don't want
to now

So can anyone help me please - I can a pathetic amount
of warmish air from the vents...

Could you please give me a check list of easiest to
most difficult (and probably $$) fixes...

I know this has been a discussion thread... maybe we
could put a BTDT or FAQ up somewhere?

Anyway a list would be gratefully accepted by yours
truly.
