there are tire calculators here:

at the bottom you can plug in the tires size, ie. 205-60-15, and it will
give you the o.d. The 205 is the width of the tread in mm. The 60 is the
percent of the width [60% of 205mm] that is the height of the sidewall. The
15 is obviously the wheel diam. Once you know what the o.d's are, you can
compare the original tire size to the new tire size and see how much it
will affect the speedo by using the calc. at the top. The middle calc's are
for finding gear ratios and such. good luck.
