4kq / 90q spring height differences

Can anyone tell me if stock springs from a 90q will fit a 4kq?  I seem to 
remember hearing somewhere that they will fit, but because they are taller 
they'll wind up raising the car.  If that's true, does anyone know if we're 
talking a small height difference or would I wind up with the 
"monster-truck" look...doh!
