V8Q 0-60 times-New to me V8 5spd questions

If you're in Boston soon let me know,  you can hear for yourself before I
put the air cleaner box back on for the winter.  Kind of like the time a
friend brought his then-new 911Turbo AWD to the house gave me the keys,
and we went for a drive.   I spent two days making mortgage calculations
before rationality kicked in......

As for it sounding "better", there really is no way to compare the two. 
Kind of like comparing a 2stroke bike to a 4stroke, they're on two
different planes both being the best for what they are.
