200 avant rear cargo light?

My 1990 200TQA has a cargo light, it is very similar in appearance and
function to the front courtesy light.  There is a sliding switch on
drivers side,  switch in the middle light is always off, switch twords
front of car light is always on, light twords back the light only comes
on when the tailgate is open.  
The light in the original post may just have a broken/missing slider
switch.
