KH intake duration is 1.5 + 180 + 38.7 = 220.2
MC is 0 + 180 + 41 = 221

KH exhaust duration is 41.5 + 180 - 1.3 = 220.2
MC is 40 + 180 - 1 = 219

Notice that the decimals aren't given for the MC so the calculated
durations are +/- 1 deg anyway.

It's all meaningless anyway since there is a lot more to a cam
than these numbers.  The MC cam is reported to be an _upgrade_ for an
NA 5 cyl... so I wouldn't worry about it.
