87 5KTQW injector cooling fan problem

You meant _rear (flywheel end)_ of the engine, right Avi? The sensor is
close to/under the area near the ISV. It is a single spade style sensor. The
bracket the sensor is screwed into is attached by several of the cam cover
nuts.
