Got the Blower Motor In

After practicing the removal technique on the parts car, I replaced the
blower on the TQW yesterday with a brand spanking new Bosch unit.  Bill
Magliocco even came by to lend moral support as I was buttoning it back up.
The only stumbling block was that small phillips head that is under the
bellows, it did not want to come out, but all in all went very smoothly by
following the directions.  Two and a half hours is about right.

Result: I now have _warm_ air coming out of the vents!  The bonus is that
now the air conditioning is functional, too.  Woohoo!

Reason why I am posting this is to encourage those who may be contemplating
this DIY repair to go ahead and do it, it's not bad at all.
