ECU location on 1989 100 2.3e

I am assuming that there are two ECU's located in a 1989 Audi 100 2.3e, because
it uses the same engine as my 1988 80q and the 80 has 2 ECU's.

I located the fuel injection ECU next to the passengers right foot, but I can
not locate the other ECU.  Please reply directly if you know where the timing
computer is located in the 1989 100 2.3e.
