cis overboost/rev limiting disabling

HTH - when I replaced the fuel pump relay on my '86 4kcsq I was mistakenly
given one for a 4 cylinder 4000. The relay has a built in cutoff, I guess
to prevent over-reving. It must monitor ignition impulses or some
such. With the 5 cylinder the 4 cylinder relay "senses" a higher rpm than
actual. Found this out when I was making a pass and getting into the upper
rpms - sudden completely loss of power, made for some exiting seconds.

Went back to shop, the gave me a new replacement correct relay and have
never had the problem since.
