Hot wiring the fuel pump will permit over _boosting_.  There is a separate 
rev limiter. Consider the possibility of being upside down in a ditch 
somewhere with fuel dripping from various locations and the fuel pump 
merrily buzzing away.  Probably not a good idea.

I could tell you but then I might have to kill you.  :-)
The simplest way to hot wire the fuel pump (definitely not recommended) is 
to install a simple wire jumper between the load terminals of the FP relay 
socket.  You didn't hear it from me.
