Love Audi dealers/airbag recall

When the airbag controller recall was performed on my '92 100S, the tech
damaged the center console airvents.  There were chew marks on them from the
teeth of some pliers!!  The dealer (Schaumburg Audi; Schaumburg, IL)
replaced the part without any questions.  Although I had the hassle of
returning to the dealer a second time, I feel they handled the situation in
a professional manner.

But, it's no wonder why I prefer to do my own maintenance whenever possible.
