Listers in Hartford area?

Hey all,  Friday Night around 8:30, saw a possible lister in a Silver A4  
"Audi world Plate holder".....  in the West Farms Mall area...  He 
Beeped....Just bought back a couple of memories from some articles bout 
people who dont respond or cant figure out why someone is beeping at them.... 
 the dont get the association between the two...
If a lister   ....just wanted to say ..nice ride
