New to list and need so help

New to list and now need to ask a few questions
myself.
Bought a 91 CQ 20v a month ago. Love it alot.
currently have a 87 5k SQ 4door that I am looking to
sell now. I send out a e-mail just on this later. 

1st ? 
Need to get a copy of a 91 or 90 Coupe quattro 20v
owners manual. Car did not have one when I bought it
and would like to have one. Can anyone help me on this
or have ideas?

looking for some body parts. FRONT VALANCE, GRILLE,
Anyone have a parts car or suggestions where is it
best to find some without going to the dealer? I have
been looking at some (1994-5's)90's sedans and
Convertibles on the road lately that appear to have
the same front facias as the coupe has. do these fit a
91 CQ??

Any help on these would be a great start
