Fuel cutoff- what triggers it?

Our experiences differ.  I find few wastegate diaphragm problems.

He.  There is at least one extant Audi publication that refers bluntly
to the dashboard guage as a 'Kundenattrappe' (customer contraption)
and says it has no useful diagnostic function.
