1996 A4 2.8 quattro fuel filter location???

Don't know if it's in the same place but on my 95 A6QAvant it's in the
engine compartment on the left side high up as you're looking at the
windshield from the front. It's an easy replacement, but as some have
said wail until fuel pressure is down (over night) before doing it
otherwise you will spill gas all over the place.
