Weird idle problem, checked SJM's site but wanted other lister's advice as 
well: '87 5kcstq is idling around 2k after a few minutes of driving. (plus I 
like all the juicy info before I visit the wrench)

ISV was replaced about 6 mos. ago. Before this, it would idle high once in a 
while, and a red light re-start would fix it. Now, however, nothing fixes 
it. Related?: warm up regulator prolly needs rebuild as cold starts are 
stumbly, sometimes dies. (fires up fine, don't think it's CSV or injectors)

Another potential problem: afterrun fan. I know it goes on after 5 minutes 
or so (if at certain temps). Lately I haven't noticed it turning on. As a 
precaution I keep engine on when parked until fan stops, then shut off 
engine.
