Spark diagnostic tool

It would be nice if they would simply waive the charge or make it
proportional to the value of the merchandise. I've ordered from them before
and probably did not balk at a $5 charge on a $50-$100 order. But here is a
$5 charge on a $8 order.

Harbour Freight and the like need to be aware there are customers like me
who will back out of an order at the last minute and go down to the local
hardware store to get what they need, even if it is an inconvenience.

I've managed to save many pennies and they add up. I won't stop now.

I must be in a serious rant mood today.

M.A.C. - the pressure regulator was going to be evaluated for a CS Quattro
turbo boost application(not necessarily mine). Now I leave that up to some
one else - it's the principle. I didn't need it and was going to get it to
evaluate it as a cost effective solution and then publish the results. How
many potential customers might be lost? Maybe here, not many, but who
knows?

Regards,

Ben

I agree completely with you on the "handling charges."
I may be able to help you though. A new Harbor Freight _store_ opened on my
way to and from work.
I could pick up what you want and send it to you for exact cost + UPS. UPS
can be as little as $3-4 on small packages.
Let me know if your interested.
