wheel truing

I'm considering a car that happens to have a second set of wheels of which one may require truing.  Cosmetically, there's not much, if anything, to see.  But it won't seem to balance.  Any BTDT's and/or suggestions on a company to do it.  And a cost estimate, if possible.
