No dash lights !! Help!!!

Common problem with the car ... mine does it sometimes, too, and it
seems seasonal (!).  I believe the remedy is to remove the instrument
cluster and resolder several connections.  A smart tap is sometimes
known to work just as well, if only temporarily :-)
