CIS-E III NF hose? redux

I'm trying again as I've had server problems. I usually check the
archives when this occurs, but they stop in August 2000.
Can anyone tell me if the hose coming off the FPR on the front goes
anywhere? Actually a clear plastic tube. Found mine stuck up by the
fender not connected to anything. FPR connection can be seen on page
25.121 in BM but nada on where it ends up.
