90 80 hard cold start ( part III )

ok, i pulled codes today and found 2 : 2113, no signal
from hall sensor/false signal from pententiometer. and
2342, oxygen sensor does not control.so does this mean
that the o2 sensor and the hall sensor is bad??? would
these cause cold start problems??? should i just catch
the car on fire and collect the insurance money???
anyone ever deal with these codes and have any success
yet ??? suicide ?? help ??!!
