Stalling when cold

Hi,

I'm having problems with a stalling 86 type 44 turbo.

My 5000 Turbo starts okay, but without assistance to keep the idel up it
will start idle slower unevely and may die after half a minute.  The second
time it is harder to start.  Leave it 3 minutes or so and it starts again.

I've recently changed the ignition wires, spark plugs and distributor cap
and rotor.  The air filter and not much more.
