WEEEEELLLL..... It is only a passive system. It steers with body
roll. If the car rolls to the right in a left turn the right side of the
car compresses and as the tire goes up into the wheel well, there is a rod
that pulls the rear of the tire in, effectively turning the rear of the car
outwards in the turn. Now, assuming you all managed to follow that run on
sentence, it could probably be found on a lot of new cars coming from Jap
because of it's simple design. This is the only one that I am absolutely
possitive of because I've seen the dealer's product informative videos on
this car (and the new MPV).
There's probably a passive system on alot of older cars to that we
don't know about. There didn't seem to be alot of importance stressed on
this bit of engineering so it may have been left out of the sales pitch.
