200tq won't run

Unless it's a 1990 200 20vt (he's not in the US), in which there is 
no such valve.

More information is needed...the model year, or the engine code(3B, 
MC, MB, MC-II, etc.)

Has a code dump from the ECU been performed to check for 
malfunctioning sensors? An output sequence test to make sure all 
valves are working properly?
