200tq won't run

 It is a 1986 10v 200 tq, engine kode KG, non-US car with K-jetronic.
 (sorry that I didn't tell this earlier, I was a bit tired when
  I wrote the original post)

 My 'check engine' light does not work at the time so the code dump
 is hard to do. Maybe I'll have to fix the meter panel first...
